I'd like to congratulate Messrs. Stewart and Colbert for managing to put together a rally that's whiter than a Tea Party. ;)

I'm a huge fan of the statement behind this rally.
Politics is becoming like professional sports - you cheer blindly for your team and against their rivals, even though they're extremely similar but wearing different colours.

I think the party system is the problem, and the media less so. The media has serious issues and I'm glad he pointed them out - I wish he'd spoken against partisan nonsense more.
The signs are really funny :)

A lovely white crowd of progressives, liberals and other Obama lovers . . .

I'm comfortable saying we don't have the poisonous ant-cooking media environment - the main focus of Stewart's critique - that the Americans have. But I'm sure Sun TV can fix that.

You had excellent taste in signs, Dan.
I went looking for other signs, but I found a lot of people that just made signs taking shots at one side or the other (usually the right).
Doesn't that kind of miss the point?
