Ken Dryden is not a goalie

Here's what we would have seen if Ken Dryden won the Liberal leadership...

  • I'm a goalie and I've never won a game :(

  • I just had a sudden flash realization that I could very well end up looking like Ken Dryden.

Not that there's anything wrong with that, he's a handsome guy -- it's just an odd flash of the future.

I'm starting to find Rick Mercer to be a little bit Dennis Miller, I guess. Too focused on politics instead of comedy. I think this could have been a lot funnier, really.

  • Great News for Liberals.

Polls suggest that the Tory attack ads have backfired.

You won't see this story headlined on the Bourque site.

    http://www.ctv.ca/servlet/ArticleNews/story/CTVNews/20070207/dion_ads_070207/20070207?hub=QPeriod

22% thought the ads were fair and 60% thought they were very unfair.

It's the message behind the message.

Canadians are saying the ads say more about the Conservatives than they do about Stephane Dion and the Liberals.

    Let's hope the Conservatives keep spending . . . .

    The ads ran on CTV.
