Ulysses, Of Mice and Men, Uncle Tom's Cabin, Big City Liberal...
According to the Galloping Beaver, certain progressive blogs, including yours truly, have been banned by a few of Canada's New Governmental Departments. So if you work at the Department of Agriculture, you aren't reading this post.
I've got to say, this hurts. Stephen - what did I ever do to you to deserve this? OK, OK, I've made fun of the "cowboy picture" and your personal stylist a few times and I know we've had our differences in the past, but banning my blog? That's like removing someone as your friend on facebook - even if you're in a blood feud, it's just not cool.

It'll probably work against Stevie. The downfall of sociopaths - they firmly believe they are smarter than everyone else, that they are always right, that they know what makes others tick, and by only allowing people to read and hear what they want them to, they can get us to think whatever it is they want us to think.
However, when someone finds a site is blocked, they'll most likely try it at home and discover what a controlling, Owerllian douchebag Stevie is - in the highly unlikely event they don't already know.
Congrats on being such a threat to the Harper Empire.

Hmmmm...my evil non-governmental workplace insists that I not read and comment on blogs during the workday as well...the bastards!
Apparently, they pay me to "work" and not "blog".
Trogs!

Heh... I've heard from at least one government IT type that they block any particular site if there is too much regular viewing of it.
Sounds highly suspicious to me. From where does authority like that originate?
Claim your badge, CG, and wear it with pride.

Ahh, yes. Some anonymous third-party makes some claim, so it must be the absolute truth. No sense in actually lifting a phone to confirm any details or anything, 'cuz after all, that might actually bring some facts to light.

Paul; Why would I want to confirm the facts? It seems obvious enough that there isn't a big government conspiracy so finding out the facts will only ruin what is, otherwise, a mildly interesting story from my perspective. Ergo, investigating the facts will only ruin the fun in it.

Thats just hilarious. Seeing how they used to be reading my OLD political blog like hawks and I was much more insulting and less professional than you :)

Why ruin the fun...it is Liberal sport to paint Conservatives as evil trolls who will take away your freedoms and destroy Canada. And Conservative sport to paint Liberals as corrupt, power hungry thieves who want to be in government only to take your taxes and give cash to their friends.
So much fun for everyone!
(grrrr)

I think people are having trouble viewing your blog because Stephane Dion is not a leader.

Considering that Myron Thompson has been the MP since 1993, and sundre is in his riding, and he is the past mayor, should he have ignored the problem for so many years? Or does the past veteran of the US military from the 1960's have no role or knowledge of the south vietnam flag flying in sundre?

1) Don't spam comment threads with stuff unrelated to the post subject.
2) According to your links, Thompson was mayor from 1974 to 1980, and the flag was first raised in 1984. How is this in any way his problem?
