The Sheila Copps foundation for women in leadership, is holding a fundraiser in March to raise cash for female leadership candidates. While this is a very admirable goal, I question how much Belinda needs the extra cash...
Speaking of a rumoured female leadership candidate, Jane Stewart has accepted the Chief of Staff job in Bill Graham's office. Great choice. However, one imagines this means she won't be running for Liberal leadership - I've updated my list accordingly, and have also shifted a few other names around based on the latest rumours.
UPDATE: The Winnipeg Free Press speculates on another lady in red with her sights on the top job.

I predict the Government members will often remind us that "this question seems interesting/ironic/irrelevant/hyproticial (or any other similar word) coming from someone whose chief of staff was responsible for losing one billion dollars/the billion dollar boondogle"
Rightly or wrongly, I don't think the tie between Mrs. Stewart and the HRDC scandal will ever be shaken. I'm not trying to be partisan about this, just saying that its going to be a challenge for the new Leader of the Opposition to overcome.

Gerard Kennedy is out as of Feb 8. You should cross him off your list.

Gerard Kennedy is not out. His comments were taken out of context. Insiders say it is likely he will declare in due time.

Jill is correct.
People closest to Gerard say a decision has not been made. When one is made, considering all the people who are encouraging him to run, it will be made publicly (with more than one reporter in attendance).

Yeah, I'm not convinced that Kennedy is a no-go, so I'm keeping him on the list for now.
Everyone knows Jane Stewart had nothing to do with the HRDC "boondogle". Pettigrew messed up and she was left to answer questions.
