  • Sure I can!

"Bafflegab is a peculiar kind of language that is unique to public servants who are trying very hard to justify their existence."

    But seriously...

I have to say, Colin Kenny is the first person to ever write a government report that I have a feeling I'd enjoy reading on the beach. This sounds like a terrific read.

  • The best that the left-leaning media in Ottawa could muster was that if a disaster happened in Ottawa, involving certain federal government buildings, the City of Ottawa didn't have a fully-coordinated plan all worked out in advance.

But of course, if that disaster struck in a neighbouring building, then the City wouldn't have a "conveniently Conservative" political entity to blame for their own lack of preparedness.

We'll be kind and not point out the number of disasters which have struck for which the City of Ottawa's preparedness was a Zero (including The Blackout, and a construction crew breaching a gas line in the downtown core).
