Indeed -- how shamed Goodale ought to be for not having a history of budgeting based on best-case scenarios and then failing to meet them. Shame for continuing to reduce the federal debt load instead of handing over money to the very wealthiest of Canadians. Is this yet another case of Tories admiring our southern neighbours a litle too much again?
