But she cracks a few jokes about Andre Boisclair and suddenly she has crossed the line?

Heh, it makes the separatists look bad. First they give Raymond Levesque double the prize for refusing the GG award (shades of Jean Chretien's "Le Gros Cadillac"). Now they act prissy and shocked over jokes about a politician's cocaine use.
It seems shrill and insecure.

OH YES!!!! THANK YOU FOR SAYING IT!!!
Bosclair can talk about how he's on drugs, but not the GG. No. If she talks about it, she's horrible. But if Bosclair talks about it, he goes up in the polls - so it must be acceptable.

The separatists can certainly dish it out but they can't take it. They can insinuate all they want about Jean yet try to mention the name Luc Doray and see how far it will take you. Doray, as you may know, was Boisclair's chief of staff and a cocaine user. He pleaded guilty to fraud charges related to his expense account as chief of staff, and the QC government is now trying to recover some $30,000 plus from him. Cocaine is an expensive drug, you see. Boisclair would not know this however as he made it clear that he never bought any.

So, Boisclcair is a cocaine user and a leach. Great leadership qualities.

The usual politics from Quebec.
Paul Martin is a backstabber and a poor liar.
Jean Chretien was a bouncer that got
backstabbed.
Jean Lapiere is a double turncoat and
a poor liar.
By Dorionhawk, at 11:07 a.m.
What's most bizare is how it took 2 weeks for Boisclair and others to complain about the issue...
By calgarygrit, at 5:30 p.m.
Would you all be reacting with this sort of displeasure in the GG being raked over the coals on her stupid comment, if she had said that atleast Gurmant Grewal could count on the Indain spy vote? Or perhaps the CPC could count on the quariplegic vote?
By Anonymous, at 6:35 p.m.
What I find surprising is that people are more concerned over the GG's joke than the fact that a potential premier did coke.
