How long before David Kilgour gets his turn at re-writing Ralph Goodale's budget?

    You might not be far from the truth though.. Here in the East, this morning's online Toronto Star makes mention of the Liberals wooing the independent MP's. Parrish has said she will support the Budget Vote, Cadman is now saying his constituents are telling him to hold off on defeating the government and he's apt to follow what they want. Kilgour is out if the country right now and unavailable for comment... So the vote may indeed come down to him
