Welcome to the 90s!

Liberal memberships now available online!

  • Can you believe the National Exec. actually debated this?

  • The debate must have been over whether they actually really wanted this clean a process where the person buying the membership would have to prove their identity by purchasing the membership with their own credit card.

  • Am I allowed to be a member of both the NDP and the Liberal Party at the same time as long as I don't make a lot of noise about it?

By Anonymous Anonymous, at 6:27 p.m.

  • Wait a minute, this is a horrible idea. This would mean that party executives can't restrict access to membership forms and ensure that only the right people are allowed to vote for leadership races. I mean, really, what good is actually having members who vote on things, when the appropriate process is to take over ridings and have each executive ensure that the right person is elected!
